中式炒“面”(无麸质无蛋奶、无大豆和无脂肪版}

这道美味的中式炒面由无麸质面条制成。也不含大豆、油脂或脂肪、不含精制糖或玉米淀粉。如果不加芝麻,甚至可以享受完全无油脂无脂肪饮食。这是一道美味又简单的餐食,可以作为晚餐享用,也可以重新加热后第二天再享用。

卷心菜营养丰富,有益于支持关节和骨质疏松。洋葱含有硫,这是它们之所以是天然抗生素的原因之一。胡萝卜是一种快速的肝脏补充葡萄糖来源,所含葡萄糖与矿物质和维生素结合。

原料(以下一杯为250克)

225克无麸质面条

半杯洋葱头

3瓣大蒜切碎

2茶匙切碎的姜

1杯切成薄片的胡萝卜

1杯切成薄片的红甜椒

3杯切碎的卷心菜

1杯豌豆

半杯切碎的洋葱

2-3汤匙芝麻(可选项)

盐(可选项)

 

酱料:

1/2汤匙土豆淀粉

2汤匙番茄酱

1汤匙鲜榨柠檬汁

1汤匙枫糖浆

2汤匙椰子酱油(可选)

1/3 杯疗愈汤

 

制作:

根据包装说明烹制无麸质面条。沥干,用冷水冲干净,放在一边。

把所有的酱汁原料搅拌在一起,放在一边。

陶瓷不粘锅在中高温下,加入洋葱头、大蒜、生姜和胡萝卜,煮 3-5 分钟,直至变软。如果需要,加一点水以防止粘连。

在锅中加入甜椒、卷心菜和豌豆。在频繁搅拌的同时煮 4-6 分钟,直到蔬菜都变软。将酱汁加入锅中,搅拌至浓稠。将无麸质面条和洋葱放入锅中,搅拌至均匀混合。用盐调味(如果使用)。

立即在上面撒上芝麻(如果使用),即可享用。

CHOW MEIN {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, SOY-FREE, & FAT-FREE VERSION}

This tasty version of Chinese stir-fried noodles is plant-based and made with gluten-free noodles. It’s also soy-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and is made without cornstarch. If you omit the sesame seeds, you can even enjoy this recipe without any radical fats at all. This is a delicious and easy meal to enjoy any night of the week or it can be reheated in a pan to enjoy as leftovers the next day. 

Green cabbage is very nutritious, wonderful for supporting the joints and helping with osteoporosis.

Onions contain sulfur that is part of what makes them nature’s antibiotic.

Carrots are a quick liver refueling source of glucose that’s attached to minerals and vitamins. 

Chow Mein

Ingredients:

8 ounces gluten-free spaghetti or angel hair pasta

1/2 cup sliced shallots

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 tsp finely chopped ginger

1 cup thinly sliced carrot

1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper

3 cups shredded white cabbage

1 cup sugar snap peas

1/2 cup chopped green onions

2-3 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Sea salt (optional), to taste

Sauce:

1/2 tablespoon potato starch

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut aminos (optional)

1/3 cup cold Healing Broth or vegetable broth (without citric acid, yeast, or flavors) 

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti or angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside. 

Whisk together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Place a large ceramic non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add the shallots, garlic, ginger, and carrot and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the shallots are soft. Add a bit of water if needed to prevent sticking.

Add the bell pepper, cabbage, and peas to the pan. Cook while stirring frequently for 4-6 minutes, until the vegetables are all soft. Add the sauce to the pan and stir until thick. Add the spaghetti and green onion to the pan and stir until evenly mixed. Season with sea salt to taste (if using).

Serve immediately with sesame seeds on top (if using).
