我的玫瑰糠疹疗愈之旅持续了4 年了，这是我被给予的诊断。我在感染 EB病毒后不久就开始爆发玫瑰糠疹，我被告知这是由病毒引起的，我要等待它自行消失。有人告诉我它会在几个月后消失。但我的情况却一年比一年严重，变成了棕色色素斑，继续生长，有时会变得干燥或发痒。最重要的是，我的消化能力在下降，我的腹胀越来越严重，我看起来几乎每天都是怀孕6个月的样子。

在过去的4 年里，我一直在使用安东尼威廉的方法，但没有以去除玫瑰糠疹所需的严格执行程度进行。由于忙碌的生活，我一度在毕业后停止净化 6 个月。最终我受够了难受的感觉，决定重新致力于疗愈。我开始重新阅读所有安东尼威廉的书籍并尽我所能学习。我开始专注于消化道修复并开始我的单一净化法（坚持了4 个月多 ?）。

现在回头看所有的疗愈、血汗、眼泪和数百根香蕉?，今天我站在你面前，我的玫瑰糠疹已经消失了！最重要的是，我许多其他症状也消失了，例如敏感的肠道神经、腹胀、酸反流、痉挛、腹泻、肠道炎症、痔疮，而且我还减掉了大约5公斤。（顺便说一句，因为坚持香蕉单一饮食?）

我永远感谢安东尼威廉和高灵。你们美丽的光、爱和慈悲的灵魂一次又一次地继续帮助疗愈我的思想、身体和灵魂。由于你们带给这个世界的绝对纯净无条件的爱和同情心，去除了我被告知我在撒谎、软弱或不配时所经历的痛苦和地狱感受。上天知道我对你们所做的一切感激不尽。谢谢。

Its been a long 4 years with pityriasis rosea, which was my formal diagnosis. I had started developing an outbreak shortly after I had caught EBV (surprise, surprise ?)I was told it was caused by a virus and I had to wait for it to go away on it’s own. I was told it would go away in a few months. But it kept getting worse year after year. It turned into brown pigmented spots that would only keep growing and would occasionally become dry or itchy. On top of that, my digestion was dwindling and my bloating was getting so bad I looked 6 months pregnant nearly 24/7.

I was using @medicalmedium protocol during those 4 years but not to the discipline I used it to finally rid myself of my pityriasis rosea. I had stopped cleansing for 6 months after graduating due to the busyness life had become. I was so fed up with feeling horrible I decided I needed to re-dedicate myself to healing. I started re reading all the @medicalmedium books and learning all I could. I started focusing on digestive repair and began my mono cleanse (4+ months strong?).

Fast forward to all the healing, blood, sweat, tears, and hundreds of bananas ?, I stand before you today with my pityriasis rosea GONE! On top of that, it helped with so many other symptoms such as sensitive gut nerves, bloating, acid reflux, cramping, diarrhea, intestinal inflammation, hemorrhoids, and I also lost about 10+lbs. (only eating bananas btw ?)

I am eternally grateful for @medicalmedium and Spirit of Compassion. You beautiful souls of light, love, and compassion continue to help restore my mind, body, and soul time and time again. The suffering and hell on earth I have been through while being told I am lying, weak, or unworthy has all been washed away due to the absolute pure unconditional love and compassion you two bring to this world.
