冬阴功汤(无蛋奶麸质的低脂配方)

冬阴功汤原料(以下1杯为250毫升):
3 杯疗愈汤
2 根柠檬草(lemongrass),切成两半并轻轻手按摩过
4片卡菲尔青柠叶(kaffir lime)
2.5厘米高良姜(galanagal)或生姜切成薄片
1/4 杯切碎的洋葱
1/4 杯切碎的胡萝卜
1/4 杯切碎的番茄
1/4 杯切成薄片的蘑菇
2 茶匙红咖喱酱(自制或购买干净不含不良成分的咖喱酱)
1茶匙切碎的红辣椒(可选)
1 汤勺椰子糖
1/4 杯椰子酱油(可选)
2-3汤匙鲜榨青柠汁
1/3 杯椰奶
2 汤匙切碎的葱
2 汤匙切碎的香菜
盐(可选)
自制红咖喱酱:
1 汤匙香菜籽
1 汤匙孜然籽
8个干辣椒
2 个新鲜的长红辣椒
3 片卡菲尔青柠叶(新鲜或干燥)
3 汤匙切碎的火葱(shallots)
2 汤匙切碎的高良姜或生姜
5瓣大蒜切碎
2 根柠檬草切碎
6 小枝香菜
1 汤匙磨碎的青柠皮
制作:
将水(或疗愈汤)、柠檬草、卡菲尔青柠叶和高良姜或生姜放入中等大小的锅中,用中火加热。
用文火慢炖,放低火,煮 5-10 分钟,直到汤散发出香味。 去除锅中的柠檬草和生姜。加入洋葱、胡萝卜、番茄和蘑菇,用文火煮约 4-6 分钟,直到蔬菜变软。加入咖喱酱、椰子糖、椰子酱油(如果使用),青柠汁、椰奶、葱、香菜和盐(如果使用)调味。搅拌直至均匀混合。文火煮 3-4 分钟,然后熄火。

This Thai soup is well known and well loved for its wonderful flavor that comes from a broth that is salty sour,sweet and spicy all at the same time.This recipe offers you a truly clean and healthy tom yum recipe you can enjoy.
Tom Yum Ingredients:
3 cups Healing Broth
2 stalks of lemongrass halved and lightly bruised
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 inch piece of galangal or ginger thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
2 tsp red curry paste,homemade or clean store- bought
1 tsp chopped red chilies(optional)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut aminos(optional)
2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
2 tbsp chopped cilantro, more to serve Sea salt(optional)to taste
For homemade red curry paste
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
8 dried Thai chilis/hot peppers
2 fresh long red chilis/hot peppers
3 kaffir lime leaves(fresh or dried)
3 tbsp chopped shallots
2 tbsp roughly chopped galangal or ginger
5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 stalks of lemongrass, roughly chopped
6 sprigs cilantro
1 tbsp grated lime zest
Directions:
Place the water lemongrass kaffir lime leaves, and galangal or ginger in a medium-sized pot on medium heat.
Bring to a simmer, lower the heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until the broth is fragrant. Remove the lemongrass and ginger from the pot.Add the onion carrot,tomato,and mushrooms and simmer until the vegetables are tender about 4-6 minutes
Add the curry paste coconut sugar coconut aminos(if using),lime juice, coconut milk, spring onions, cilantro, and sea salt(if using) to taste.Stir until evenly mixed.Simmer for 3-4 minutes then take off the heat.
Serve immediately with cilantro on top
