制作:
把生菜叶子放在盘子里。在生菜叶上放上黄瓜片、黄瓜面条、生菠菜和/或芽菜。加入喜爱的水果,如香蕉片、芒果丁和/或橙子片。然后加入莓果。浇上橙汁,即可享用。
提示:
如果喜欢,可以用羽衣甘蓝代替生菜。如果选择新鲜草莓,请在使用前去除顶部的叶子(草莓叶中很容易有细菌)。

Brain Saver Wraps
Ingredients:
- 6 large leafy lettuce leaves, such as green leaf, red leaf, butter leaf, or romaine
- 3 cups of toppings of your choice, such as cucumber slices, cucumber noodles, baby spinach, and/or sprouts or microgreens
- 3 cups sweet fruit of choice, such as banana slices, diced mango, and/or orange sections
- 2 cups berries of choice, such as raspberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries
- Squeeze of orange juice (optional)
Directions:
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter.
Top the lettuce leaves with cucumber slices, cucumber noodles, baby spinach, and/or sprouts.
Add your sweet fruit such as banana slices, diced mango, and/or orange sections. Then add your choice of berries.
Squeeze a little bit of orange juice on top, wrap, and serve.
Tips:
- While lettuce is preferred for this recipe, you can also use kale for the wraps.
- If you select fresh strawberries for this recipe, remove the greens before using.
