I read this book for the first time back in January 2017.

This book expanded my mind & made me begin to question everything.

This book lifted the veil that was blanketing my eyes.

This book gave me faith in a higher power when I was at the point of believing one didn’t exist.

This book instilled the knowing that I had everything I needed within to heal.

This book was the golden key that unlocked the door to my spiritual awakening.

This book made it click for me why nothing else I had tried over the years had worked.

This book gave me answers when every other avenue I tried had none.

This book taught me how to have compassion for myself instead of believing I was defective.

This book reignited my spark to continue to fight for my health when I was about to give up.

This book felt like a warm, validating hug telling me that my symptoms were not my fault & I was going to be ok.

This book was my shimmer of hope that I would be pregnant one day & finally have clear skin.

This book empowered me to take my health into my own hands.

This book is why I was able to easily conceive my daughter after being told I would never have children.

This book helped me to see plants for the miracle that they are.

This book reconnected me to my body after a lifetime of disconnection.
