Individuals who experience neurological symptoms for no discernible reason such as injury have something in common: they’re struggling with a viral load, often from the Epstein-Barr virus. There are over 60 varieties of EBV, and at least one strain of it sits in most everyone’s liver. For many people, the virus is dormant, so they’ll never know it’s there. For many others, it’s active, though working under the radar of medical research and science, so they’ll still never know it’s there—even though it’s causing multiple symptoms or conditions that affect them every day.
For a virus such as EBV to actively cause health problems, it needs fuel. Among its favorite fuels are “toxic heavy metals such as mercury. The liver is a collecting place for troublemakers like heavy metals, and there are usually plenty of them to be had there. When EBV consumes the heavy metal, it excretes it in much more potent form: as a neurotoxin. Viral neurotoxins are, as the name suggests, toxic to nerves, and they’re behind millions and millions of people’s neurological suffering.
The viral strain and level of toxic heavy metals (mostly mercury and aluminum) that someone has determine their individual experience and symptomology. How toxic is the neurotoxin that the virus is expelling? How aggressive is the virus that’s reproducing itself as it gobbles down heavy metals and other forms of viral fuel? Once excreted, neurotoxins tend to leave the liver (or any other place where the virus has produced them in the body), float through the bloodstream, and eventually enter the brain or land on nerves throughout the body. When viral neurotoxins land on nerves, they inflame the nerves, which leads to neurological symptoms. If the neurotoxins land specifically on nerves in the legs, arms, shoulders, or spine, it can result in muscle heaviness, weakness, or tiredness in one limb or more. They can also cause a more general neurological fatigue, where the whole body feels heavy and weighted down, as though something is pinning down and compromising the person. When neurotoxins enter the brain, very similar symptoms occur. Messages to the arms and limbs can be compromised, leading to fatigue and weakness on one or both sides of the body. Viral neurotoxins can be so potent that they trigger muscle spasms and twitches, too. This happens when nerves are getting signals fired off from the brain that something is in the way or agitating neurons in the brain tissue. Neurotoxins are that “something.” When a neuron becomes saturated with neurotoxins, electricity in the brain trying to travel across that neuron instead ricochets or short-circuits when it hits the neurotoxins. These electrical misfires can cause mild bouts of brain inflammation. Electrical impulses have a difficult time “traveling through inflamed brain tissue; they’re often forced to detour and find unusual pathways across other neurons—and this can create feelings in the limbs of twitches, spasms, and even unexplainable aches and pains in places where there’s no injury present.
Tingles and numbness can result from brain tissue that’s saturated with neurotoxins as well, although these symptoms mainly occur when nerves in the limbs, neck, or other spots in the body are slightly inflamed from neurotoxins landing on them.
Trembling hands often happen because someone has higher levels of mercury in both the liver and the brain—and because EBV is feeding off the mercury, creating more potent neurotoxins, which end up inflaming nerves close to the brain. This inflammation tends to happen sporadically due to moments when the virus proliferates or finds new deposits of mercury on which to feed.
Often people with Lyme disease face neurological symptoms. This, too, is viral—it’s not bacterial. For everything we’ve just explored, it’s celery juice to the rescue. To begin with, celery juice feeds every cell in the body with its sodium cluster salts, helping restore them so they can function at their optimum level. When nerves throughout the body become inflamed, impeded, hindered, damaged, or broken from neurotoxins, they require electrolytes like the elevated form that celery juice possesses. This allows neurons, brain tissue, and neurotransmitter chemicals to restore themselves and helps reduce brain and cell inflammation caused by neurotoxins from viruses such as EBV. At the same time, celery juice’s sodium cluster salts allow your nerves to defend themselves against neurotoxins and the allergic reaction that they cause. Celery juice also flushes neurotoxins from the brain and the rest of the nervous system and neutralizes them “so they lose the aggressive, toxic power that’s responsible for these symptoms.
