枫糖软糖({不含蛋奶或麸质}

这是招待家人和朋友的理想小食,而且制作如此简单!可以作为甜点享用,或在一天中任何时候和花草茶一起享用,放松自己。

椰枣是提升能量和大脑功能的理想食物,也是复合维生素A和B族的最佳来源,且富含铁、钙、锰和钾等矿物质;可以增强骨骼和肌肉力量,运动员数千年以来使用椰枣提升身体耐力和敏捷性;还有助于控制心率和血压,从而预防中风和冠心病。

枫糖软糖

原料(一杯为250毫升量):

一杯半去核硬椰枣

1/4杯枫糖浆

1/3杯杏仁酱(almond butter)

1茶匙香草粉或无酒精香草精(vanilla powder/vanilla extract)

1/2茶匙肉桂粉(可选项)

1/4茶匙小豆蔻粉(可选项)

制作:

将椰枣、枫糖浆、杏仁酱、香草粉和香料(如果使用)加入到食品混合机(或破壁机)中混合2至3分钟,直到混合物形成球形。

在15厘米的烘烤盘或类似容器中放上烘焙纸,用湿铲子将上述球形混合物压至光滑均匀。合上盖子后放在冷冻室中2小时以上或过夜。

从冰箱中取出并切成正方形即可享用,请储存在冷冻室中。

This maple fudge is the perfect holiday treat for family and friends. But the best part is that it’s so simple and easy to make! Serve up the Maple Fudge for an after dinner dessert or enjoy a piece with a mug of herbal tea for a moment of quiet indulgence any time of day.  Dates are an ideal food for improved energy and brain function. They are a good source of vitamin A & B-complex and they are rich in minerals such as iron, calcium, manganese, and potassium. Dates are known to help build bone and muscle strength and have been used for thousands of years by athletes to improve physical endurance, agility, and stamina. They also help to control heart rate and blood pressure which offers protection against strokes and coronary heart diseases.  Maple Fudge Ingredients:1 1/2 cup pitted firm dates1/4 cup maple syrup1/3 cup smooth almond butter1 tsp vanilla powder/alcohol-free vanilla extract1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)1/4 tsp ground cardamom (optional) Directions:Add the dates, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla and spices (if using) to a food processor. Process for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture forms a ball. Line a 6-inch baking tin or equivalent container with non-stick parchment paper. Using a wet spatula, press fudge batter out until smooth and even. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours or overnight. To serve, remove from freezer and cut into squares. Best served cold and stored in the freezer. Makes 14-16 pieces
